Study, edition and translation of the sermo in diem apparitionis domini, collected in London, British ligrary, add. 30853, FF. 277V-280V

This work offers the first complete critical edition of the Sermo in diem apparitionis Domini which is contained in the ff. 277v-280v
of the codex London, British Library, Add. 30853, previously preserved at Santo Domingo de Silos Monastery, in Burgos, and dated
end of the XI century. The article also includes a literary study and references, a linguistic analysis, a comparison between testimonies
which have kept other versions of this text, as well as preceding editions from other authors and the translation of the document itself. Based on this study, we will shed some more light on issues related to its dating, origin and sources, concluding that it is an Hispanic text belonging to the Toledan liturgical tradition.
