Personal Conversion to Christ in the Christian Initiation

Abstract

Christian initiation implies the conversion of the person to Christ. By the sacraments of Christian initiation it happens the believer’s introduction into the personal mystery of God. The human being receives the gift of the divine life and welcomes it by conforming himself to Christ. This acceptance entails a tranformation of their existence in the process of identification with Christ. In this article we try to show that the process of the conversion of the person is the Christian initiation itself and we deal with some difficulties for his experience in the current context.
