In 2020, one of the main consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, in the educational area, has been the emergency implementation of online classes, for
all levels of study. Universities have not been the exception in the sudden modification of the teaching practice, and because of this, this research seeks to analyze the degree of satisfaction with the classes received online, in 2020, by the students of the University of Santiago de Chile -USACH- in the framework of the pandemic. To do this, the perception of a sample of students of the career of Public Accountant and Auditor of the Faculty of Administration and Economics is collected, in relation to their experience with the non-face-to-face classes received in their fifth and last year of the career. The results show that the degree of satisfaction internalized in the students was influenced not only by the quality of the classes received, but also by the technological
needs they had and the necessary aids that were implemented to satisfy them and the psychological support to the students who required it.
