Abstract
This article supposes an unitarian interpretation of Luis de León’s work given by Saturnino Álvarez Turienzo as a Christological and Onomastical thought. The article studies few occasions in which Luis de León exposes what is in relationship with natural dominion over created things and divided ownership. One can conclude that Luis de León follows several thesis that were attributed to School of Salamanca –like dominion as a natural attribution to human being and the division of ownership as belonging to positive right–, at the same time that he gives an specific status to ius gentium (law of people) and the division of ownership.
