1. The manuscript must be unpublished, it will not have been published in Spanish or in any other language, neither in part nor in its entirety, nor will it have been proposed for publication in any other medium simultaneously.
    Exceptionally, if so agreed by the Editorial Board, unpublished works, translations, etc. may be published, taking into account the high degree of academic interest that they may have. In this case, the corresponding permission will be necessary and the reference to the original publication will be included in the document.
  2. The Author guarantees to be the only person involved in the creation of the manuscript, and that it does not infringe or violate moral rights or copyrights of third parties, promising to hold the publisher harmless otherwise. If the article is signed by several authors, they acknowledge that all of them have contributed intellectually to its preparation, and that all of them have read and approved the submitted manuscript.
  3. The author will assign exclusively and free of charge all the patrimonial rights (reproduction, translation, distribution, public communication and transformation) to the Journal Cuadernos Salmantinos de Filosofía without limitation, for all current and future editions of the same and both in paper format as in electronic format, for a global scope and during the entire period of validity of copyright. The author agrees not to make use of the published manuscript in part or in full, in Spanish or in any other language, without the prior written consent of the Director of the Journal, and for its use he / she agrees to cite the original source.
  4. The author accepts the possible revisions of the text that should be carried out for its publication, derived from the peer review process that the journal has established, within the term established by the journal.
  5. In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data, the Author authorizes the journal to publish, together with its article, the necessary personal data that identify it (name, surname, Institution of affiliation, city, country, email, ORCID number, and brief CV, when applicable).
