Anti-nature and the crisis of the principle of leaglity

Abstract

The article begins with Clément Rosset’s work The Anti-nature. The objective is to show how the crisis of the concept of nature has influenced in a very important in the current crisis of the principle of legality. To this end, I made a critical analysis about some elements of the theory of anti-nature that have a very negative influence on the aforementioned principle of legality. Subsequently, we study how the crisis of recognition of natural reality causes a crisis in
the principle of legality. In this task we have based ourselves on authors who have studied the natural reality and scienctific methode, including in it the social reality and the production human, especially Heisenberg. Finally, we have made some roposals to recover the principle of legality, from its relationship with natural reality, attending to the results of the previous analyses
