Abstract
In his last works, Habermas has developed his project of a world society
integrated through global constitutionalism. The main goal of this paper is to systematically
expose his ideas, including the basic concepts linked to Kantian cosmopolitanism and his
own design of a global democratic governance, without forgetting the most problematic
issues of his proposal
