Conscious sensory perceptions serving the development of the algorithmic system
Main Article Content
Training the brain's algorithmic system is a crucial focus in contemporary education, involving the need to develop analytical and reasoning skills. Drawing upon the model of the « automatic system/algorithmic system » notably advocated by the French laboratory LaPsyDÉ, this article delves into the prevalence of the heuristic system over the algorithmic system in many children and young individuals. To address this gap, a solution centered around using speech as a catalyst for the development of the algorithmic system is proposed: a series of exercises involving conscious sensory perceptions. These exercises, fostering a pedagogical use of speech, encourage individuals to meticulously describe their sensory experiences, thus promoting thorough analytical reflection and a more comprehensive activation of the algorithmic system.
