On July 14, 2023, the DDF received a letter from H.E. Msgr. José Negri, Bishop of Santo Amaro, Brazil, with some questions about the possible participation in the sacraments of baptism and marriage of transsexual and homo-affective persons. The text is translated from Italian into Spanish and a commentary is made from the canonical point of view.
