THE PERMANENT CRISIS OF MARRIAGE

Abstract

Marriage is examined in this article as a legal institution whose purpose is to ensure that both spouses can celebrate their wedding freely and carry out their purposes. Starting from some traditionally proposed etymologies for the word marriage is concluded that the evolution of the marriage institution in our legal system has always been concerned to protect the freedom of women and should remain so.
