Abstract

Decree of the Dicastery for the Laity, the Family and Life "The Associations of the Faithful" which disciplines the exercise of governance in private and public governance in international associations of the faithful, private and public, and in other entities with juridical personality subject to the direct supervision of the same Dicastery.

International associations of the faithful and the exercise of governance in them are the object of particular reflection and consequent discernment by the Dicastery for the Laity, the Family and Life, by reason of the competencies proper to it.
