Abstract
The recourse of legal operators to study and research in comparative law is a suitable and effective means of acquiring an optimal reflective-critical knowledge of national rights. With this, it is intended to know the interrelation and concordances between the different legal systems in order to achieve the
combination, harmonization and reception of the various families of current law (Common Anglo-Saxon Law, Continental European Law, Confessional Orders, etc.), facilitating the legal traffic between them.
