Abstract

A judgment of the year 2014 is presented, of the ecclesiastical Tribunal of Zaragoza. The case began after various chapters of nullity had been denied, and in this case invoking exclusion of the sacramentality of marriage and exclusion of the good of the spouses, this sentence being therefore an exponent of very current issues in the field of Law canonical.
