Abstract
Indeterminate legal concepts are words or sets of words present in legal systems, especially in those born in modern times. This article attempts to discover them in the field of Canon Law, where they have yet to be studied. It will attempt to answer the following questions:
What is meant by indeterminate legal concepts and what are their characteristics, what have been the erroneous interpretations to which they have been subjected, how to apply them. Finally, the article will present a praxis of some of these concepts.
