Abstract
The article treats about the influence of the Synods of Bishops, kept in Rome in the years 2014 and 2015, on the promulgation of the Letters Apostolic Motu Propio datae, Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus and Mitis et misericors Iesus, about the reform of the canonical process for the causes of declaration of nullity of marriage. The first part treats about the participation that the Synod has in the Supreme authority of the Roman Pontiff, a second part analyzes more carefully all the issues discussed in the Synodal Hall about the reform of the process that, until its publication in Acta Apostilicae Sedis, only found in the Vatican web as a bibliographic reference.
