Models of decrees according to M. P. «Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus»

Abstract

This paper contains an introduction that justifies the proposal of new models of decrees due to the procedural normative change experienced with the entry into force of M. P. Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus. The procedural models that are proposed refer to both the ordinary process and the brevior process; and still others are added for different situations that can occur in either one or another process.
