Some juridical-canonic information on the substance of the subjective criterion for the evaluation of the reverential fear evening in the process of nullity of the conjugal binding

Abstract

In this article we expose some juridical-canonical observations to determine the importance of the subjective method about «metus reverentialis» in the processes of marriage nullity.
Then a general introduction, the study examines the fear like the cause of marriage nullity in the contemporary canonical legislation. 

After deals with question of «metus reverentialis» essence that invalidate marriage namely «defectus integritatis seu libertatis deminutio».
Finally the others subjective means of trial about reverential fear are described, called «strumenti ammenicolari».
