Abstract
The Voluntary Jurisdiction law of 2015, modifies partially the cooperation agreements of 1992 and expands, by making use of the unilateral way unexplored so far, the range of religious celebration forms of marriage with civil effects, placing the requirement of «notorious in Spain» in the center of the system of recognition of civil effects and displacing the cooperation agreements to a second role.
