VELASIO DE PAOLIS, Penal sanctions in the Church

Abstract

This work is an update – in light of the new canonical criminal law – of the original Italian work by Cardinal Velasio De Paolis ( 2017): “Le sanzioni nella Chiesa” (Rome 22001). For this purpose, the co-author of this edition has also used another work by De Paolis: "Le sanzioni nella Chiesa (cann. 1311-1399)" which appeared in the book "Il diritto nel mistero della Chiesa" (Rome 32004), and that complements the exhibition made by De Paolis in his first work.
