Abstract
The Preliminary Investigation of the canonical penal process presents delicate aspects, as it may affect fundamental rights of the investigated by the type of actions that are carried out. It means the need for the investigated to be able to know from the first moment the accusation and that from that moment he is given an opportunity to defend himself.
