THE APPLICATION OF THE REFORM OF THE CANONICAL PROCESS OF MARRIAGE NULLITY. AN EVALUATION FROM URUGUAY

Abstract

This article makes an assessment of the implementation in Uruguay of the reform of the marriage annulment process introduced by the motu proprio Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus. From the pastoral criteria that animate the reform, its impact is analyzed, quantitatively and qualitatively, to finally present some conclusions and propose a prospective vision.
