Abstract
This assay offers the critical edition of the passage of the work In prima parte agitur on the C.33 together with its stemma codicum and the ecdotic analysis that justifies the choice of readings. It also summarizes in order the methodical criteria of the edition, of general value, and adds some conclusions about the results useful for a better understanding of the making of the Gratian’s vulgatum Decretum.
