Abstract
The paper explain the educative reason of the religious teaching in the school, according with the parent’s conviction, and his defense in a legal system open to the freedom of religion, the pluralism and the neutrality of the public authority. The richness of the open options embody the teaching freedom that assure the humanistic goals of the process.
