XXI Simposio de derecho matrimonial y procesal canónico para profesionales del foro

Organized by the Faculty of Canon Law at the Pontifical University of Salamanca, the 21st Symposium continues a long tradition of theoretical and practical reflection on the most relevant aspects of matrimonial and procedural canon law.

Aimed at legal professionals, it is an excellent tool for the continuing education of those involved in ecclesiastical courts. The Symposium is also open to the submission of scholarly papers on the topics indicated.

Submission of Papers

Papers, of a scholarly nature and exclusively on topics of matrimonial law and canonical procedure (matrimonial or criminal), must be submitted in accordance with the guidelines of the Revista Española de Derecho Canónico and in PDF format to the email address canon@upsa.es. The deadline for submission is August 31, 2026. Those accepted by the organizing committee may subsequently be published in the Revista Española de Derecho Canónico, provided they meet the established requirements.
